Chenchen, Yao is the Head of Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance (ESG) at Jinkosolar Co., LTD. In this role, he is responsible for leading overall group ESG topic including global ESG strategic, overseeing responsible supply chain procurement, and spearheading climate change response initiatives etc.  

As an senior ESG leader and industry expert within Jinkosolar Group, he has played a pivotal role in launching and implementing numerous sustainable development and climate change initiatives on behalf of the company.  

Mr. Yao possesses a profound international vision along with extensive practical and theoretical work experience. Prior to joining JinkoSolar, he held key positions as ESG leader in several Fortune 500 companies.  

Furthermore, Mr. Yao Chenchen is an Asia scholar at the Swedish Institute and a TEDx speaker. He also holds bachelor and master degree in environmental Engineering, master degree in Business Administration, and is Doctor Candidate in Singapore Management University.
