Dr Alan Monaghan is the Senior Vice President for Worley's Resources sector, leading the global Technology & Expert Solutions team that deliver technology and innovative solutions that combine operational improvement and sustainability for industry, including leadership of their external technology provider and research relationships. 

Alan’s career has focused on strategizing and implementing major business improvement programs, including the development and implementation of technology commercialisation and innovation programs, through to multinational corporate restructures, integrations, and transformations. 

He is currently seconded part-time to assist the Australian Government Department of Climate Change, Energy, Environment and Water (DCCEEW) as Global Mission Coordinator of the Net-Zero Industries Mission, a key component of Australia’s external collaboration with Mission Innovation.
