Combiz Abdolrahimi is ServiceNow’s vice president and global head of government relations and public policy. In this role, he leads ServiceNow's global government affairs, public policy, and advocacy efforts, shaping and advancing ServiceNow’s strategic efforts globally. Based out of Washington, D.C., but originally hailing from San Diego via Texas, Combiz brings two decades of experience at the highest levels of government and industry, navigating the complex intersections of business, technology, policy, regulation, politics, and the law. His career includes leadership positions at The White House, U.S. Department of State, U.S. Department of Treasury, U.S. Department of Commerce, United Nations, and the U.S. Senate. Additionally, he has held influential roles in the private sector, notably at Deloitte and as CEO & Founder of a global technology consulting firm. 

Combiz is recognized for his strategic foresight and visionary leadership, which have been crucial in driving digital transformation across governments and commercial enterprises worldwide. His expertise encompasses a wide array of domains and spaces, including cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, IT, governance, procurement, identity, digital assets, tokenization, blockchain, digital business transformation, tax, trade, financial services, payments, healthcare, workforce, financial inclusion, technological innovation, climate change, sustainability, and smart cities. He has been a trusted advisor to Heads of State, political leaders, Fortune 500 companies, private enterprises, regulators, sovereign wealth funds, non-profits, and their CEOs looking to build influence and effect change.

A national security and technology lawyer, Combiz is a graduate of UCLA, American University of Beirut, and Georgetown Law.
