Paul Curnow is recognised as one of Australia’s leading renewable energy and climate change lawyers, specialising in renewable energy greenfields and M&A transactions across solar, wind and other emerging technologies. He has advised a range of private and public sector clients on solar and wind farms in Australia, as well as in Asia and Africa for more than 12 years. Paul acted as General Counsel of the Clean Energy Finance Corporation (on secondment) from its set up in April 2013, overseeing the legal execution of the financing of clean energy projects and reporting to the CEFC Board. Paul is head of Baker & McKenzie’s Asia Pacific Renewable Energy Group and a member of its Global Renewable Energy Steering Committee.
