Armand Jost

President of the R20 Foundation; Director of SB3i SA; Honorary Consul of the Kingdom of Thailand

Armand has spent 20 years in the finance industry in Switzerland, Asia and Germany as a Trader, Treasurer and in charge of the Bank ALM. With an MBA degree with honors, he joined the general management of the largest incineration plant in Switzerland that is based in Geneva (360,000 tons of household, industrial and hazardous waste incinerated annually). In 2005, he was called upon by Thailand to represent the country in the French speaking Switzerland as its Honorary Consul. In order to do so, he decided to leave his post at the Services Industriels de Geneva (state owned company) in order to take up this new diplomatic challenge so as to develop his humanist and environmental sensitivity in the service of Thailand. In 2006, he also founded SB3i SA, a company that is specialized in coaching people in career transition. In this exciting activity, he has supported a large number of people and has developed several companies in various fields such as real estate, aviation, finance, watches and so on. He is also a member of two boards of Trustees and a director of several companies in Switzerland and abroad.
